K. I'll try to promise that this will be my last post of forza pictures (for a while). I just liked the deep dish on the fairlady Z and the Takata Green Advan Super Racing's on the NSX GT30.

More Forza Goodness

Now that it's winter and I have nothing to shoot, I'm using forza to help relieve my urge to want to shoot things.
Here's more of the other cars I made today. Hopefully I find some new ways to shoot in-game soon.

Well, I was bored and decided to make up some speedtech and fatlace decals and then do a photoshoot haha.. it's pretty sweet with the amount of customization you're allowed to do if you know what you're doing.
It's unfortunate that there is a limited selection of wheels though.. No WORK Meister's, so I used Advan Super Racing instead. I just wish we could choose the width of wheels and make it hellaflush.

FORRRZAAAA3!!!

I know, I'm late to the game. But thanks to my great girlfriend, I got my Christmas present early. I just couldn't wait till Christmas anymore.. and now that I'm finally finished finals, I have all the time in the world to play this. Maybe I'll have some shots up of the cars I've made so far tonight.

We Fit

I was browsing FlickR and I caught a glimpse of some sick shots of a JDM Fit RS. I don't usually post pictures of other people's photos, but I had to for this one. Especially since the girlfriend drives one. This is another reason I want to build a rig by next summer. I have so many crazy ideas and no rig to use :(

Bitter Sweet x2

Funny. Today was another bitter sweet day.. I'm not sure what the high was for today, but it was somewhere around +1C or +3C. A much needed break from the three and a half weeks of snow every Friday and -30C weather. As much as I love the nice weather, I hate it because there are a shitload of rocks and gravel on the roads from the snowy days and it makes me worry for my paint.
Not only that, but it's hella slushy and dirty out now. I washed my car last night to get the salt and grime out from under the wheel wells and stuff, and it's back to the way it was before I washed it. Bummer.

I also went to the camera store today to see if I could try out the 135 f2.0L and possibly buy it because of the Canon rebates going on now. Unfortunately, they are sold out and back-ordered on most of the faster L glass. News is, it might not be until after the Olympics that I can get the lens because everybody wants one for it. Double bummer.

Bitter Sweet

This time of year is so bitter sweet. It's nice to be able to spend money and put your own thought into presents that you know other people will like. But at the same time, when you go shopping, you also see a whole bunch of stuff you want for yourself. It's tough not to be selfish, I'm not gonna lie haha.. If it weren't for all the presents I got and the stuff I gotta get for my car before Spring comes, one of these baby's would be mine.
I still want to get a set of Alien Bee strobes to shoot cars and a bunch of equipment to build a rig. I think I've got another $4000 left to pay for my car and I can move onto these bad boys.

Snow Fun

With the lack of any nice weather and cars to take pictures of, I figured I might as well make the best of what we've got. So Diana and I went out for a bit this afternoon and took some pics.

Finally got around to dismounting the tires from the TE's to sell. It has never ceased to amaze me how much I can fit in the back of my car. So far, I've fit every single thing I've bought for my car inside except for the diffuser. Still makes me wish I had gotten a sedan though =(

Official PWNge

Well, the forecast was not kidding when there was a winter storm warning headed for Calgary today. It started at about 10AM and is still going now, at 9:00PM - 11 hours later. The roads are horrible, I've only see 3 city trucks plowing all day. I think the city just decided that I could do it since I've been doing all afternoon.
Unlike my AWD buddies like Aldrich, I absolutely hate this weather. I had to shovel my car out from my girlfriend's house... on my way home, I got stuck on the ramp down to Country Hills cause I hit a snow bank outta know where and burned rubber like no tomorrow... and I finally got home, and what do I find? More snow to shovel before I can even get into my garage. I swear to god it was up to my knees on our side of the street because of the winds blowing one way the whole day.
And THIS is supposed to last until Saturday night. God save us all.

Playing

After chopping Ricky's car with the tiffany colored CCW's and the stripe, I wanted to play around with my car too haha.. so I was browsing iputinwork's blog and found a set of work meister s1's that I wanted to see on my car. Increased the diameter to 18" and it makes look like my car is super slammed haha love it.

Reminiscing

I was just going through my FlickR stuff and I came across a shoot that I did with Arif right after we mounted my TE37's. Makes me miss the super nice weather and the chance to have a clean car. It just reminds me of my hit and run that I still have to fix and the hardcore detailing I gotta do come spring time. Siiiickkkkkkkk

My beater. GOD I MISS THE NICE WEATHER

Tiffany is Fresh

So, Ricky was over yesterday and we were talking about the color schemes that he could use on his car. I ended up just messing around with the colors and decided that the Tiffany color would be a good choice on white with his choice of CCW's. So, I went ahead and chopped it on his car.. first the grill, then the wheels with the center painted tiffany blue and then I lowered it. One word: SICK.
Dunno if he'll go through with it 100% yet though, but so far it looks like it's a go. We'll see!

Screw you, Hybrids!

I almost got to 700km to a tank this time. This is my second time getting this much mileage on one tank. I could have gone more, but I wasn't sure about how much was left in the tank. After I filled up, I saw that there was still 5L left. Darn.
Who needs to spend another $10k on hybrids? Pft.
